What it is
The mat stops at your shoulders. This picks up where it stops.
Most of the tension people carry sits in the neck and the tops of the shoulders, and a flat mat can’t reach into that curve. The pillow is the same points on a firm, rounded core, so your neck rests on it the way it rests on a rolled towel, and the points press into the part of your neck that never gets touched.
It follows the same rules as the mat.
How to use it
Three things, in this order.
Mat first
Lie on the mat the usual way, shoulder blades to hips.
Slide it under
Push the pillow under your neck so the curve rests on it. Chin level, not tipped back.
Stay past five
Sharp, then warm. Set the timer for twenty and let your shoulders drop.
Have the mat already?
Then you know the five-minute turn. The pillow does the same thing for your neck.
If you don’t have the mat yet, start there. The mat is the floor of the whole thing; the pillow is the piece you add once the floor is working.
See the matYou do not have to decide it works. You have to decide it is worth 60 days of finding out.
Take it home. Use it the way the four rules say — bare skin, firm floor, shoulders to hips, past five minutes — every night for 60 days. If nothing changes, email us and say “it did nothing.” That is the whole process. No form, no photographs, no phone call, no restocking fee.

If you are pregnant, or have a skin, circulation or clotting condition, ask the clinician who manages it before you order — if they say no, we refund you without a return. If you feel more braced the day after than before, use a softer surface, a shirt, and five minutes, or stop; tell us and we refund you. 60-day money-back on every order.
